900 Barrels Water filling machine for 20L Barrel
This Water filling machine is used to fill 20L barreled water with 900 barrels per hour.
This production line includes that firstly the cover on the barrel is pulled out by the extractor, then the big barrel is conveyed to the external brush machine for cleaning the external surface of barrel. Finally entry into internal flushing, filling and capping. 
Internal cleaning includes four steps and use four kinds of liquid such as disinfection water,  hot water, alkaline water and purified water. After washed the inside of the barrel, then fill pure water or mineral water and other drinking water into big barrel finally capping.
