QGF900 20L 5 gallon barrel water filling capping machine
This line is mainly used for filling pure water or mineral water into 5 gallon bottle.
5 gallon water production line include auto-decapper, external bottle brushing, Internal bottle brushing, Inside sterilizer, rinsing, filling, capping, neck label shrinker.  
Auto decapper is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap diameter.
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing.
By using the linear type rinsing nozzle the inside sterilizer is used to remove most of the particle and solid material which attach on the bottle inside wall.
The non-touch filler has such advantage as high flow, low pressure, no splash, high accuracy and high speed. It can absolutely take the role of quantitative filling nozzle
The capper is the device which automatically presses the cap to tight after filling process, there are two types: hammer type and belt type. Belt type capping has good continuity and strong sealing, the capper is highly compatible with various heights of bottles.
